WinUSBridge Toolkit — License and Refund Policy

Wheel Up Labs grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the WinUSBridge Toolkit pack contents — INF templates, PowerShell installer, configuration schema, and design notes — to build and deploy WinUSB bridges in your own internal, commercial, or client projects, including products you sell or services you bill for.

You may not redistribute the pack itself (or any constituent file in substantially its original form) as a standalone artifact, repackaged product, or competing commercial pack. You may freely redistribute and relicense any code you author that incorporates or adapts the templates.

The pack ships AS IS, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Wheel Up Labs' total liability under this license is capped at the purchase price you paid. This license is governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.

Sales are final upon download.
